Working on Something Big

by Christopher G. Poirier

So, the downside to having a blog and having a website is always content.  That means, keeping it up to date, saying something some what intelligent from time to time or at the very least acknowledging to the world that you are still alive.  Well, I’m still alive, however having time to say something even remotely intelligent is usually balanced by the reality of the world around us and the amount of seconds in a day.

That said, the silence has not gone with little to show for it.  In fact much work has been done personally on a series I hope to finish over the Christmas holiday and share with the world.

So, stay tuned, more to come.  But for now, let’s not forget the reason for the season.  Take a moment to slow down, step back from the insanity of the holidays and be thankful for what God has done in our lives.  No matter how dark the darkness feels some days, God has done a work in each and every one of us.  This is a great time to show our thanks and recall the beginning of one of the most amazing things God has done: Become incarnate, to walk among us, with us, and ultimately to give of Himself for us.

Merry Christmas!
